Our Shipping Policy 

1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact the buyer and provide 2 options:

• - Option 1: Refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
• - Option 2: Provide expected lead-time should you decide to keep your order.

2. Delivery Location

Online orders are only available for delivery to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. To place an order delivering outside the 48 contiguous United States, please follow this link to contact us - [here].

3. Delivery Time

• - An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
• - Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
• - Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.
• - Please note: we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
• - Delivery dates may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
• - Products may be delivered in separate shipments, especially if multiple items are ordered.

4. Delivery Instructions

The most cost effective and efficient method of receiving deliveries is via a standard dock. It is also helpful to have a fork truck or hand truck.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, volume, class, location, and shipping method.

To calculate shipping costs, add products to your order. Once you have added your products, visit our Cart page to enter your destination zip code and calculate shipping charges.

Additional shipping charges will apply to delivery locations without a loading dock and/or residential addresses.
