Our standard payment terms for US based customers are Net 30 Days, pending credit approval. We also accept all major credit cards and checks for prepayment. Customers outside the US are required to pre-pay orders via wire transfer. |
Q | Can you build a custom plastic pallet for me? |

Of course, we will work with you to design and develop a plastic pallet that fits your application perfectly. The typical cost for a plastic pallet mold is $75,000-$1M depending on size and complexity. Arrangements can be made to amortize the cost of the mold into the pallet piece cost over a co-determined timeframe. |

Q | What is the difference between static and dynamic load capacities? |

Static capacity or “floor capacity” is the maximum weight a pallet can support while on the floor. Typically the static capacity is important when stacking loaded pallets on top of each other in a warehouse or truck. The dynamic capacity or “fork load” is the maximum weight a pallet can support when lifted by a hand truck or fork lift.
